Connor McGregor visits Skerries, has Sleepover....

Ollie Grimes Landlord of the pub Ollie Place, Skerries sent us these great photos of last weekend’s visit by Conor McGregor to his bar.

Ollie received a call from The Notorious just before 10pm Sunday Night. Ollie tells us his head chef, Stephen Kavanagh is a brother of Sinead Kavanagh, MMA womens’ champion and Stephen called him to tip him off to expect a call from McGregor. Next thing Ollie knows he’s on a call with McGregor:

'we are thinking about coming down to rock your place if you could get us a place' and I said 'yeah no problem'. Ollie tells us.

"So he arrived down, he was absolutely brilliant, there was about 300 people waiting outside the pub for him." said Ollie

This was McGregor’s first time in Skerries and himself and Ollie hit it off so well Conor spent the night at Ollie's family home.

Ollies Place has had its fair share of notable visitors including Nicky Byrne of Westlife, and Roger Daltrey of The Who.

Well done Ollie and thanks for the photos.
