PROPOSED EXTENSION TO THE BARNAGEERAGH WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT, SKERRIES. NOTICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 175 OF THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 2000 ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT

Fingal County Council proposes to seek approval of An Bord Pleanala for an extension to theBarnageeragh Waste Water
Treatment Plant in Skerries. The extension will increase the capacity of the plant to a total population equivalent of 70,000.
An Environmental Impact Statement has been prepared and can be inspected at the following locations from Wednesday 3rd May to Thursday 15th June, 2006
:- Fingal County Hall, Main Street, Swords Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
¦ Skerries Library, Tuesday to Thursday 2pm to 8pm
Observations and submissions to An Bord Pleanala may be made in writing during the six week display period. Submissions may relate to the following :- (1) The implications of the proposed development for proper planning and
