"Memories"

"The joy and love of my memories, as they linger in my mind,
Of the many summer's sunny days,
On Balbriggan beaches with the children,
Laughing and playing, not a care or worry in the world,
As the fishermen with their boats would slowly sail away.
The calmness of the seawaters with its beautiful blue sky,
It was like heaven,if only time would have stood still,
But time passes us by, as the good memories remain."
