Office Administration and ICT Skills
Co-operation Fingal Community Partnership are currently recruiting
participants for a part-time training programme in Office Administration
and ICT skills. This Local Training Initiative is funded by FAS
and is aimed at local unemployed people who wish to return to
work in an administrative environment, but who lack the skills
to do so. The training programme is delivered Monday to Friday
from 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. in Mourne Estate Resource Centre,
Skerries over a period of 44 weeks with a start date of 1st September
2008.
All our participants achieve a comprehensive
level of training which is relevant to potential employers’
needs; with modules certified by FETAC and ECDL (modules include
FETAC Computer Literacy; Data Entry; Office Procedures, Occupational
First Aid, as well as an introduction to manual and computerised
accounts and ECDL.
We are holding information meetings at
the following locations:
Monday 14th July from 10.00am –
12.00pm in the Town Hall, Balbriggan.
Tuesday 15th July from 10.00am – 12.00pm in Mourne Estate
Resource Centre
Skerries.
Tuesday 15th July from 1.00pm - 3.00pm in Rush Community Centre.
