What we will do in the situation
OUR COMPLAINTS POLICY
Service Guarantee : It is our aim to provide all of our customers with the highest quality of service. In the event that something has gone wrong, we undertake to use our best endeavours and a simple procedure to put the matter right.

Procedure : The introductory part of our complaints procedure is reproduced below and the full version is available on request.

  • If you have a complaint about our service please contact us in the first instance by visiting or phoning the shop on:

    Tel. No. 01341 241215 .

  • We will aim to resolve your complaint over the phone within 24 hours.
  • If complaint is not resolved within 24 hours we will send you in writing
    • an acknowledgement of your complaint
    • the steps we will be taking to resolve it.
    • a full copy of our complaints procedure.
  • If you prefer to put your complaint in writing, please send it to :
