Most of the terms and conditions applicable to our EPC work have already been described within the various subsections

However so that there can be no ambiguities a copy of our terms and conditions will accompany our quotation and a further copy affixed to the rear of the order/booking form.

The purpose of this is to spell it out so that both parties are clear about their mutual responsibilities and obligations. It also ensures that the terms and conditions are those ruling at the time of the order and are therefore the most up to date.
