OUR EPC TARIFF

We operate a standard tariff to cover our EPC work and our charges include a component for:

• travel to your property
• explaining what is involved in the assessment
• data collection during the assessment visit
• subsequent data processing including entry to the National Register
• sending you the certificate

The main variable here is the size and complexity of the property involved.

Our tariff for simple rectangular buildings is as follows:

• 2 Floors and 2 bedrooms £60
• 2 Floors and 3 bedrooms £65
• 3 Floors and 4 bedrooms £75
• 4 Floors and 5 bedrooms £85
• 5 Floors and 6 bedrooms £95

There is a charge of £5 for each extra bedroom on the floor, with extensions generally charged as if an extra floor or bedroom.

Complex building footprints involve the need for more measurements and data to be gathered. However we will provide a firm quotation on submission of appropriate information by the owner to our questionnaire.

Our tariff includes travel, but we charge a supplement of £15 for every 10 mile band beyond our standard area.
