Ordering: If you decide to take up our offer you have two choices

• normal: Please complete the simple booking form and forward it to us along with your deposit payment (see below for payment arrangements)
• express: Please telephone us to make a firm appointment we will ask some questions about the property we will give you a verbal quote for the property we will complete the simple booking form for you we will agree payment arrangements including an express supplement fee of £30 on the phone we will ask you to provide an authority to proceed

deposit payment can be by

• cash at the shop or
• cheque in the post or to the shop
• BACS payment direct to our account (details on request)

Order Acknowledgement : We will acknowledge the order and payment in writing by email or letter (according to preference). Also we will contact you to confirm/agree a convenient time for the energy survey.
