Course Description
The aim of this course is to provide students with an introduction to practical skills required for employment in administrative, customer service or retail sectors, or to progress onto further and higher levels of training or education.

 

 

Target Trainee Profile

Age Requirements

The training programme is suitable for young adults over 18 years of age.

Educational Qualifications

Junior Certificate or equivalent preferred.

Aptitude

Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills.

Personal Skills

 

We are looking for people who show a genuine interest and enthusiasm in working in a retail/office environment, and who are punctual and committed to attend training.

Previous Experience

Basic Computer Skills are required

This full-time course is FÁS funded, and will be of 30 weeks duration and is due to commence on Monday 16th April 2012. The course venue is Unit 9 BEaT Centre, Stephenstown Industrial Estate Balbriggan Co. Dublin. Those interested should register with FÁS, and register on this particular course.
