The office will provide support to existing members on a variety of business related topics and will encourage the growth of the organisation be attracting new members. The office venue will be used for meetings and training events and a place where the business community can welcome guests who come to Balbriggan to discuss potential business opportunities  in the area.

A new office manager, Zoe Nelson has been appointed to facilitate and coordinate the office activities, Ms Nelson worked in the Pharmaceutical industry  for almost twenty years , reach senior Management level until 2008 when she set up her own successful business. Joining her in the office will be Mrs Lauretta Igbosonu who will help with the administration of the office and associated activities.

This is a very practical example of a community helping itself through the very difficult economic times in which we find ourselves, every town needs a bit of good luck but the Balbriggan Chamber intend to ensure there is more to local success than luck, they want to grow the town in a professional, targeted and strategic manner to make Balbriggan the best place to work and live. As Zoe Nelson the new office manager said, ‘We are proud of our town and we want all our residents and business community to glow with pride and competency so that visitors enjoy their Balbriggan experience and return time after time to this wonderful harbour community.’

The Chamber are specifically aware of the talents and experiences that those who have grown up in other areas of the world can bring to the community, the Chamber welcome any new ideas or initiatives from the newer residents of Balbriggan and the surrounding area.
