Preserved cafe/deli the brainchild of proprietors Karl Rogers and Shane Mc Carthy opened it's doors in February of this year. Situated just a stone's throw from the square on Dublin Street Preserved offers exceptional value for money across its range of quality homemade produce which is available to enjoy in store or to go.
The deli stocks the best of Irish artisan products, from Irish farmhouse cheeses to our very own jams, relishes and chutneys produced on the premises. Our renowned brown bread and scones along with countless other home-baked goodies are produced daily in our kitchen.

Made from freshly baked breads and containing the most tantalising of ingredients. Once you've tasted them you'll agree that our sandwiches are the best in town!
